Dingo Poem by Marshak for children

No, I'm not a wolf and not a Fox.
You come to us in the forest
And there you will see the dog -
Militant Dingo.

Let you tell kangaroo,
As in the Australian heat
Chased through the woods by his sister
Lean, skinny dingoes.

She's in the bushes and I followed her,
She's in the stream - and I in the stream,
It faster and faster I,
Tireless Dingo.

It's tricky, and I'm not simple.
In the morning we ran to the stars,
But he caught her by the tail
Relentless Dingo.

Now all I have on mind
In the Zoological garden,
We cover meat waiting
Restless Dingo.
